I have earned the mutual respect of my distributors by managing through cooperative efforts, but with the understanding that they fully know my expectations at all times and that it is ultimately their responsibility to execute our plans.

• I do what it takes to remain a focus at my distributors, implementing creative marketing ideas and communication to keep them interested in my portfolio and giving them incentive to increase our sales.

• I stay on top of shipments, depletions, and inventory levels on a daily basis to avoid losing an opportunity to address an issue or to reward an accomplishment.

• I am proactive and independent.  I am always looking for ways to improve winery systems, sales, and marketing plans to simplify the paperwork and allow more time for managing the distributors, and making sales presentations to distributor management and the accounts.
